Bailey Postmining Wetland Data
All the wetland data that the operator provided in the most recent renewal application falls outside of both the renewal period (i.e. most recent permit term) and the 6th assessment period MOA layers.
The provided wetland data overlies panels 15H-19H and 13I-16I, which were mined between 2011-2013, and should have been assessed in the last Act 54 period. 
On August 24, 2022, the Department requested updated postmining wetland data; the operator provided a shapefile on September 1, 2022.
The provided postmining wetlands shapefile contains data for wetlands over Panels 1L-7L.
The operator did not provide Wetland Inventory Reports to accompany the shapefile.
The wetland acreages listed in the attributes of the shapefile are assumed to be the surveyed, postmining acreages.
