Trimble GeoExplorer III units are capable of a post-processing accuracy as high as 2 to 3 meters. This shapefile shows the geographic locations of water samples taken for laboratory analysis. The samples were taken upstream and downstream from coal refuse piles located in the Bituminous Coal Fields of Pennsylvania. Each water sample is attributed with laboratory test results about that sample. The laboratory testing was conducted by DEP Bureau of Laboratories.
